Terms & Conditions for joining “GOHAIR x JAEHYUN FAN EVENT” (Organized by Phanvara International Co.,Ltd. or The company)

1. How to participate and submit your lucky draw chance to Join the Event
   

   1.1 For those who purchase the Special GO HAIR x JAEHYUN Box Set, limited to 14,000 boxes at the price 2,127 THB (no limit on the number of purchases), which grants you 4 lucky draw chances. Available exclusively at www.gohairoriginal.com from 5 September 2024 (11:27 a.m.) to 5 October 2024 (11:59 p.m.). 

   • Detailed Breakdown of Purchase Fees:
     - Payment Processing Fee: 3% per unit
     - Service Fee: 30 THB per unit *Shipping costs will be calculated based on the delivery distance for each individual customer.
   • The system will automatically register your lucky draw chance when you purchase the Box Set.
   • The GO HAIR x JAEHYUN Box Set will be shipped starting from October 1, 2024, and will be available for delivery in 26 countries only (Thailand, Cambodia, South Korea, Canada, China, Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, France, the Philippines, Macau, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mexico, Germany, Laos, Vietnam, Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Australia, Italy, India, Indonesia, Hong Kong).
2. Announcement of 4,000 Lucky Fans will be made on Facebook Fanpage : Go Hair on 10 October 2024 at 19:27.
3. 4,000 Lucky Fans must confirm their attendance by sending a message to the Line Official: @gohair_th between 10-13 October 2024 (23:59). If the confirmation of participation is not proceed within the specified time, the company reserves the right to offer the opportunity to the next Lucky Fan on the list.
4. The "GOHAIR x JAEHYUN FAN EVENT" will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC). 
5. The company reserves the right to postpone or change details related to the event, including the date, time, and location, in the event of any unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated accordingly.
6. Selected Lucky Fans must present their original ID card or passport. The name and surname on the ID must match the name and surname announced.
7. The company reserves the right to one lucky draw chance per person throughout the campaign and cannot be transferred.
8. The company is not responsible for any transactions involving lucky draw chances that are beyond the company’s control.
9. The company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions, which will be communicated through the company’s channels. In the event of any disputes, the company's decision will be final and binding.
10. Participants in the campaign and those submitting for a chance to join the event agree to accept all terms, rules, and conditions of the random selection process (The random selection will be conducted through a lottery draw, in accordance with applicable protection laws.), as well as the privacy policy for all stages of the event.
11. Participants in the campaign who are selected as Lucky Fans authorize the company to access personal information, including their name, surname, and phone number, for the purpose of announcing results, registration, and prize delivery (if applicable).
12. Participants do not need to be Thai nationals for online purchases to qualify for entry.
13. Participants who are selected as Lucky Fans acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information for verification and marketing analysis purposes. The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information will be limited to the purposes stated. Opting out of the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information may result in forfeiting the chance to participate in the event.
14. Participants who are selected as Lucky Fans agree to allow the company and its team to record their participation throughout the event. They also consent to the use of their details and photographs for promotional purposes across all media, without any compensation.
